I found this guide to be very helpful. I'm still working with the holistic practices, but I believe in time it will help me cure my tmj symptoms and jaw pain permanently. To me, its worth taking the necessary steps to find a cure, and I'd rather not have to go through risky surgery, pay for expensive dentistry, or to wear my uncomfortable mouth guard to heal my tmj. In the book, she talks about how some of these intended therapies can actually make my tmj worse, and I'm glad I learned that vital information. Thanks for the info.
